Hi, I’m Grace Fogarty.

You’ll normally find me applauding in a fringe theatre, in a coffee shop writing a script, walking along the London canals, in a drama studio learning how to be a clown or singing hits from Grease in karaoke.

As a Presentation-Skills Facilitator with a background in theatre and performance, I am here to teach people how to use creativity to be more confident.

I’ve been helping people to present themselves more effectively at work for more than 10 years, designing and delivering workshops internationally for corporates and charities.

In 2023 I decided to leave the corporate world to set up my own learning and development business so I can do more of what I love; using creativity to help people present their most confident selves.

I am also a theatre-obsessee. So much so that I’m studying Acting and Theatre-Making alongside running my business. I’m writing a one-woman tragic comedy about people-pleasing, and have taken to the stage this year as a stand-up comedian.

Since 2015 I have performed improvised comedy, starred in a musical and written my own stand-up routine.

I have seen the development in my ability to stand in front of an audience, feeling 100% myself, and be able to capture and hold their attention from when the lights go up to the sound of applause.

I love to bring everything I have learned from performing about how to communicate in an engaging way to help people get better at presenting themselves, in and out of work.

Grace created a positive energy and led by example- being confident, fun and relatable. Her training and tips clearly work as Grace presents with confidence.

Why am I sharing all this with you?

Because when I step into a training room, I don’t worry about what my slides are going to look like.

I think about what kind of experience people need to feel more confident in themselves. What practical tools they need to be able to easily use everyday. And how I can use creativity to help them get there.

People walk away from my workshops feeling energised, uplifted and motivated. They are excited to use what they’ve learned straight away.

That feeling is what makes my workshops make a real difference outside of the training room.
